How to Make an Anabolic Milkshake - You are going to want to check this one out. It’s simple and tastes incredible. When we occasionally add in some raw dairy, this is how we do it:
After workouts - a complete source of protein, fats, and carbs, plus it’s loaded with essential vitamins and enzymes to help aid in recovery. Raw milk is incredibly productive for adding lean muscle and aiding in recovery.
Ingredients - We make this drink by adding raw milk, raw honey, and raw eggs. Measure out 1 mason jar full of raw milk, add in a spoon full of raw honey, and 2 whole eggs. Blend it up and enjoy! Also, if you can get your hands on raw cream this drink goes to a whole new level.
The Meat Mafia moves to the countryside: The mob bosses are finally all under the same roof. After working the last several months remotely from Austin and San Diego, we decided to make the move out of the city and into the country. We’re going to spend the next several months out here working on a number of different projects - from recording a bunch of in-person podcasts to launching ‘The Don’s Club’ to taking our first crack at growing & raising our own food (more on all of this to come). Expect the quality and the type of content we create to change over the next several weeks - stay tuned!
Daily Discipline - 3 miles x 60 squats: Discipline tends to either be working in our favor or against us. When you have it, it frees you up to spend more mental energy on creative pursuits, relationships, and developing new skills. When you don’t have it, you tend to waste a lot of time (the ultimate sin). Since moving to the countryside, we have developed our own daily discipline to get us moving in the morning and keep us consistent. We want to share it with you all in case you care to join us. We are committing to 3 miles (walking, running, skipping, hopping…whatever it takes) and then 60 squats (from body weight to heavyweight). Follow along with us on our Instagram page!
Getting Animals on the Farm: One of our many goals for the new year is to start raising more of our own food. We are going to be working with local farmers to create some content on building out a plan to start our own small homestead operation - chickens and pigs to start. Keep an eye out for more of this content on our YouTube page in the coming weeks!
